About us
February 19, 2026IN-MOL-CELL: INfrastructure for MOLecules and CELLs
IN-MOL-CELL is a place where world-class expertise, and cutting-edge technologies converge in one integrated infrastructure. Our mission is to enable research and discovery for academia and industry by providing end-to-end solutions โ from experimental design to data acquisition and analysis. For certain equipment, walk-in access is possible after training.

We are a professional team of 30 scientists driven by deep expertise and a genuine passion for science. With over 15 years of experience, we have become a trusted partner to more than 100 clients โ ranging from academic institutions to Polandโs top R&D companies. Our work focuses on delivering critical research solutions in fields such as preclinical modeling, biosimilarity studies, structural screening, and beyond.
What sets us apart is our comprehensive approach. We offer an extensive portfolio of cutting-edge technologies all under one roof, supported by an integrated infrastructure that allows us to execute complex, multi-platform research projects. We pride ourselves on our ability to tackle the most challenging scientific questions through technical synergy and innovation.
At the heart of our work is a simple philosophy: your research is our research. We take the time to thoroughly understand your specific needs, consulting closely with you to propose the most effective solutions. We bring the same level of care, precision, and dedication to your project as we do to our very own scientific endeavors.
Behind every scientific breakthrough stand the right technology and the right people. At IN-MOL-CELL, we are committed to building core facilities where both can thrive. Through continuous investment, we identify and integrate the most advanced technologies to support pioneering research. We firmly believe that science belongs to everyone, which is why IN-MOL-CELL is open and accessible to all researchers, welcoming users from universities, research institutes, and industry alike.
